Balancing your child’s snacks is key to a nutritious meal. A fat (dairy), a carbohydrate (crackers, bread etc), a protein (meat, tuna etc) and a piece of fruit or vegetable will ensure every snack remains healthy, filling and appealing to eat.
A well rounded and balanced meal will go a long way to satisfying continually grumbling tummies.
